Bars & Pubs

Praia da Luz has a number of bars all offering something different. We have spent many hours researching each bar and we are delighted to present a little resume
of our findings.

The Bull. A very english feel to this bar, which offers food upstairs in the restaurant. If you like Guinness you will not be disappointed and the good news is they have a licence until 3am... the latest in Luz..

The Duke of Holland. Again a very English feel to the Duke. Enjoy a drink in the bar before a meal in their restaurant.

Boozey Soozy's. A small bar run by a Jordy called...would you believe... Suzy. Some of the best prices in town and a very warm welcome. Expect to be asked to pose for a picture to be added to her gallery.

The Luz Tavern. A large bar in the very centre of Praia da Luz with a huge TV screen ideal if you like footie or cricket. Regular karaoke nights are held but only for the brave. They also have a quiz night on Mondays.

Kellys. Nice bar with seating outside and good food. Very popular with the locals! You cant miss them! Always merry! This bar is very popular with quiz lovers on Mondays and Fridays.

Clives Bar. If you like a cocktail you must visit Clives Bar. You will enjoy your drink and the warm hospitality.

Cave Bar. Very central and a favourite of many locals...so always entertaining!
